If x varies inversely as y, then
xy=k(constant)
If x =60 and y =10
$\therefore xy=60\times 10=600\Rightarrow k=600$
when y=2, then from Eq.(i)
$x\times 2=k\Rightarrow 2x=600\Rightarrow x=300$
