LHS: Simplest form of $\frac{25000}{20}=\frac{1250}{1}$ [on dividing numerator and denominator by 20]

RHS: Simplest form of $\frac{50000}{40}=\frac{1250}{1}$ [on dividing numerator and denominator by 40]
