Then, its shadow =15 m
With the similar condition, if a pole has a shadow of length = 6 m
Let the height of pole = x m

Since, length and shadow vary direclty.
Then,
$\frac{24}{15}=\frac{x}{6}$
$15\times x=24\times 6$ [by cross -multiplication]
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{24\times 6}{15}$
$\Rightarrow x=9.6m[\because$ height and shadow ratio are same]
