(c) A load suspended from a spring while its other end is on a hook fixed to a wall.

Agent is the one who is applying the force, object is the one on which the force is being applied, and effect is the consequence of the application of the force.

Here, the load is applying the force on the spring. Hence, the load is the agent. The force is being applied on the spring. Hence, it is the object. The effect is the extension of the spring.
