Agent is the one who is applying the force, object is the one on which the force is being applied, and effect is the consequence of the application of the force.

Here, the ground is applying the force on the athlete's body. Hence, the ground is the agent. The force is being applied on the athlete's body. Hence, it is the object. The effect is the athlete jumping over the bar.
