Since units of the given numbers are same (in km), hence we can find the ratio.

Ratio of 33 km to 121 km = $\frac{33}{121}$

= $\frac{3}{11}$ = $3 : 11$ [Dividing numerator and denominator by HCF of 33 and 121 i.e. 11]
