Base radius (r) of the tomb $=\left[\frac{14}{2}\right]=7m$
CSA of the conical tomb = $\pi rl$
$=[\frac{22}{7}\times 7\times 25]m^2=550m^2$
Cost of whitewashing $550m^{2}area=Rs\left(\frac{210\times 550}{100}\right)=Rs.1155$
