Given,
Number of cycles = 115
Number of scooters = 75
Number of bikes = 45
Total number of vehicles = 115 + 75 + 45 = 235
Ratio of number of cycles to the total number of vehicles

= $\frac{Number of cycles}{Total number of vehicles}$

= $\frac{115}{235}$
= $\frac{23}{47} = 23 : 47$ [on dividing numerator and denominator by 5]
