Two sectors in the given figure is forming a semi-circle.

Perimeter
$=\frac{2\pi r}{2}+4r=\pi r+4r$
$=\frac{22}{7}\times 6.3+4\times 6.3=22\times 0.9+4\times 6.3=19.8+25.2=45m$

Therefore, required perimeter = 45 m
