We have, $- 3 x^{2} y$ and $5 y - x y$
$∴ - 3 x^{2} y \times (5 y - x y) = - 3 x^{2} y \times 5 y + 3 x^{2} y \times x y = - 15 x^{2} y^{2} + 3 x^{3} y^{2}$
