Solution

Let Anima's property be Rs. x.
Property left for her daughter =Rs. x2
Remaining property=xx2=2xx2=Rs.x2
property left for her son =13 of remaining property= 13×x2=Rs.x6
Remaining property=[x(x2+x6)]=x(3x+x6)=6x4x6=2x6=Rs.x3
Since, the remaining property donated to an eduactional institute.
But donation property= Rs. 100000
x3=100000x=300000
Hence, Anima had Rs. 300000
