Dear Student Answer 2. METALLED ROADS - Metalled road is the durable surface material laid down on an area intended to sustain vehicular or foot traffic , such as a road or walkway . They are made up of cement , concrete , or even bitumen of coal . These roads are weathered roads .ie. can be used in any weather . UNMETALLED ROADS - These roads are temporary roads and cannot be used in all weathers as they will go out of use especially in rainy season . These are usually found in the places having rural settelment.These roads are not uniform and are usually seen to be having ditches. . . .
