Poverty is defined as the inability to fulfill the basic needs of the life such as food, clothing,shelter and education etc.In the context of political inequality poverty is the state where few some communities are deprived of their rights such as right to vote or that section who have not been benefited by the policies ,by the development of the nation.Those sections who had lagged behind as per development because they have not reaped the benefits of growth and development of national economy .
