Molluscs are bilaterally symmetrical.
Sponges are asymmetrical animals. Only a few animal groups display radial symmetry.
Starfish is radially symmetrical, more specifically the symmetry is pentaradial. Radial symmetry is the regular arrangement of body parts around a central axis. When an organism is radially symmetrical, if one could cut from one side of the organism through the center, to the other side, anywhere on the organism, then this cut would produce two equal halves.
