The correct option is C 4.5cm and 9cm
Given : R1:R2=1:2 f=6 cm μ=1.5
R2=2R1---------------(1)
Using lens maker formula, 1f=(μ1)(1R11R2)
OR 16=(1.51)(1R1+12R1)

OR 16=(0.5)(32R1) R1=4.5 cm
On putting the value of R1 in equation (1):
R2=2×4.5=9 cm
Hence the correct option is (D)
