How much cloth is left with him?

Solution
We know that 1 m = 100 cm
10m = 1000 cm
4m = 400 cm
Cloth bought by Raghu = 10 m 25 cm = 1000 + 25 = 1025 cm
Cloth used by him = 4 m 75 cm = 400 + 75 = 475 cm
Cloth left = 1025 - 475 = 550 cm
We know 100 cm = 1 m
Hence 550 cm = 500 + 50 = 5m 50 cm
