The correct option is C South-East
Rahim walks 5 km West and then takes a left turn and walk 2 km.
So, now he is walking towards South-West.
He takes another left turn and walk 7 km.
Thus, now after covering 5 km he walk towards South-East of the original position.
Hence, option C is correct.
