Work done = Change in their potential energy.
Let their masses be $m_{1} & m_{2}$ respectively.
$m_{1} = m_{2}$ (Given)
Work done by Rahul = Change in his potential energy = $m_{1} g H$
Work done by Rohit = Change in his potential energy = $m_{2} g H$
Since, $m_{1} = m_{2}$
Hence, work done by both will be same.
