Solution

The correct option is B 3 kg 790 g
Total weight of Fruits (mangoes + apples ) is 9 kg 250 gm
We know that gram is abbreviated as gm
1 kg=1000 gram
(i) Weight of Mangoes is 5 kg 460 gm

5 kg 460 gm =5kg+460gm =A ........... (1)

9 kg 250 gm =8kg+1kg+250gm =8kg+1250gm=B ............ (2)

Now as per the question we have to subtract A from B
BA=[8 kg 1250 gm] [5 kg 460 gm]
BA=[8 kg 5 kg] + [1250 gm 460 gm]
BA=3 kg +790 gm
Weight of apples is 3 kg 790 gm
Hence, Option B is correct
