Here, vR=25 ms1,vW=10 ms1
Velocity of rain w.r.t. woman : vR/W=vRvW
Let vR/W make an angle θ with vertical, then
tanθ=vWvR=102.5=0.4
She should hold her umbrella at an angle of θ=tan1(0.4) with the vertical towards south.
