The correct option is A 103 m/s
Let the velocity of the cyclist be vx
Velocity of the rain is vy=10m/s
Relative velocity =vx along x and vy along y
Hence relative velocity =v2x+v2y=20ms1
v2x+100=400
v2x=400100=300
Therefore, the velocity of cyclist, vx=103ms1
Hence option B is correct.
