Solution

Raisin&Apricots will shrink in hypertonic solution due to movement of water out of them.
Raisin&Apricots will swell in hypotonic solution due to movement of water inside of them.
This property is due to Osmosis;
Osmosis is the spontaneous net movement of solvent molecules through a selectively permeable membrane into a region of higher solute concentration, in the direction that tends to equalize the solute concentrations on the two sides.
