L.C.M of 15,24,10=120
Comparing 215,124,310, we get,
16120,5120,36120
Among these, 5120 is the lowest, So Statement I is true.
Portion of the wall painted by all the three =16120+5120+36120=57120
Let, the whole wall to be painted be 1
Portion of wall unpainted =157120=63120=2140
Statement II is false.
Thus the correct answer is C
