Perimeter of half circle is $π$ r

Perimeter of semicircle = $π \times \frac{14}{2} = 7 π = 22 m .$ (Radius is half the diameter)

Total perimeter = Perimeter of the semi-circle + side of 14m + side of 10m + side of 10m

= 22 + 14 + 10 +10 = 56m

Number of rounds he makes to complete the punishment = $\frac{0.616 \times 1000 m}{56 m}$ = 11 rounds
