The exact number of rupees will be a multiple of $100$

So, we have to fine the L.C.M. of $575$ and $100$

$100=2\times 2\times 5\times 5$

$575=5\times 5\times 23$

L.C.M. of $575$ and$100=2\times 2\times 5\times 5\times 23=2300$

So, the boy saves $2300$ paise.

Hence, least number of days required to save $2300$ paise = $2300÷575=4$ days
