So, it will gain $24$ minutes per day.

Sanjeev's watch loses $2$ minutes in an hour.

So, it will lose $48$ minutes per day.

After 10 days Rajeev's watch gains $240$ minutes i.e. $4$ hours. and Sanjeev's watch loses $480$ minutes i.e. $8$ hours.

Hence, after 10 days their watches show the same time $4$ hour.
