Solution

Rajeev's capital =36000×8+(36000+4000)×4
=288000+(40000×4)
=288000+160000
= Rs. 448000
Sanjeev's capital =40000×9+(400004000)×3
=360000+(36000×3)
=360000+108000
= Rs. 468000
Profit sharing ratio =448000:468000=112:117
Rajeev's profit =112112+117×45800= Rs. 22400
Sanjeev's profit =117112+117×45800= Rs. 23400
