S.P. for rajesh $= 21000 -$ loss

$= 19, 950$ Rs.

Total CP for umesh $=$ C.P $+$ repairing cost
$= 19, 950 + 2450$
$= 22400$ . Rs.

S.P for umesh $= 22400 +$ profit
$= 22400 + \frac{8}{100} \times 22400$
S.P. $= 24192$ Rs.

$∴ 24192$ will be the C.P. for Praveen hence he paid $24192$ Rs. for the scooter.
