Rs. 60

Raju can run 100m in 15 seconds.

Speed of Raju=$\frac{100}{15}$ m/s = $\frac{20}{3}$ m/s

Time taken by Raju to cover 1200m at same speed = Distance/ Speed

$=\frac{1200}{\frac{20}{3}}=\frac{1200\times 3}{20}$

= 60 $\times$ 3 = 180 sec

Time exceeded = 180 – 150 = 30 sec

Penalty for exceeding 1 second = Rs. 2

Penalty for exceeding 30 seconds = 2 $\times$ 30= Rs. 60
