Let M.P = x,
First discount = $\frac{x}{5}$
New M.P = $x - \frac{x}{5} = \frac{4 x}{5}$
$2^{n d}$ discont = $\frac{1}{20} \times \frac{4 x}{5} = \frac{x}{25}$ and new M.P = $\frac{4 x}{5} - \frac{x}{25}$
Now, 3199 = $\frac{19 x}{25} + 8 %$ of $\frac{19 x}{25}$
