In the case of direct proportion we take

$x_{1}$ = 1 cm ; $x_{2}$ = x cm ; $y_{1}$ = 13 km ; $y_{2}$ = 104 km

$\frac{1}{13}$ = $\frac{x}{104}$

x = $\frac{104}{13}$ = 8 cm
