The correct option is C 5
As per given condition,
$\frac{8 + 2}{10 + 2}$ = $\frac{x}{6}$

$∴$ $\frac{10}{12}$ = $\frac{x}{6}$

x = $\frac{10 \times 6}{12}$ = 5
