The distance travelled,
d = 1200 km - 1020 km
d = 180 km = 180000 m.

The time taken to reach Mysore,
t = 3 h
t = 3 x 3600 s = 10800 s

From definition of speed,
$v=\frac{d}{t}$
$v=\frac{180000m}{10800s}$
$v=16.66m/s$
Thus, the speed of Ram = 16.67 m/s.
