he has only 38 channels (no channel one) so 407 ÷ 38 = 10 and reminder 27
he was in 13th channel so on 380 he will reach on 13th channel again. Now he has to go 27 channels more 39 - 13 = 26
it has to go one more channel to become 27. So now he is in channel 2
