Solution

The process by which materials completely dissolve in water is called as dissolution. This happens because of the property of materials known as solubility. A material is soluble if it completely mixes with water or insoluble if it doesn't mix in water. The lemon juice, sugar and salt are soluble materials and they mix completely in water to form the lemonade.
