Ramesh has Rs. $34$ in total

Let no. of fifty paise $=x$

andno. of $25$ paise coins $=y$

Given $0.50x+0.25y=34$

Also given $25$ paise coins is twice the number of $5$ paise coins

i.e., $y=2x....\left(i\right)$

$\therefore$ $0.25\left(2x\right)+0.5x=34$

$0.5x+0.5x=34$

$\Rightarrow$ $x=34$ (No. of coins of $50$ pasie)

$\Rightarrow$ $y=68$ (No. of coins of $25$ paise)
