$\therefore$ Profit sharing ratio $=12x:9x=12:9=4:3$
Let Capital be Rs.P Profit of Ramesh = $\frac{4}{7}P$
Profit or Ramesh = $\frac{3}{7}P$
$\frac{4}{7}P=\frac{3}{7}P+1000\Rightarrow \frac{4}{7}P-\frac{3}{7}P=1000\Rightarrow \frac{P}{7}=1000\Rightarrow P=Rs.7000$
