Given : Speed and time are inversely proportional when distance remains the same.
$⟹ S_{1} \times T_{1}$ = $S_{2} \times T_{2} = Distance$

i.e., $20 \times 5 = (20 + 5) \times T_{2} = 100$
$T_{2}$ = $\frac{20 \times 5}{25}$ = 4 seconds
