16 X 5

The dimension of one Barfi is $1 \times 1 = 1$ units and she has to arrange 90 Barfis in the box.

Minimum space needed by Ramya to arrange all the Barfis = 90 units.

Except for $16 \times 5$ the size of all the boxes is 90 units.

$16 \times 5 = 80$ so she cannot arrange all Barfis in this box.
