$= 15 - \frac{7 \times 2 + 1}{2} - \frac{6 \times 4 + 3}{4} = 15 - \frac{15}{2} - \frac{27}{4}$
$= \frac{60 - 30 - 27}{4} = \frac{60 - 57}{4} = \frac{3}{4}$
