Given that,

Loss is 15 % of the cost price

$\Rightarrow$ 15% of Rs 200

$\Rightarrow \frac{15}{100} \times 200 = 30$

$\Rightarrow L o s s = 30$

Now, SP = CP - Loss

$\Rightarrow$ SP= 200 - 30 = 170

$\Rightarrow$ Selling price of the toy is Rs 170.
