The correct option is B ₹ 500
Let the cost of the bag be ₹ x. Rasmika made a profit of 30%.

So, the profit is 30% of 'x' =x×30100=3x10

Profit = Selling price Cost price

Therefore,
3x10=650x

Transposing x to LHS, we get
x+3x10=650 10x+3x10=650 13x10=650

Multiplying both sides by 10, we get
13x10×10=650×1013x=6500

Transposing 13 to the RHS, we have
x=650013x=500

Hence, the cost price of the bag is ₹ 500.
