We can find any number of rational numbers. Depending on our need we can multiply the numerator and Denominator by the same number. Remember that whenever we multiply numerator and Denominator with the same number, the fraction doesn't change.
For eg for your question Iam multiplying numerator and Denominator with 10. to take out 10 rational no. beetween 3/7 and 5/7, we multiply the numerators and denominators of both the no.s with 10.
= 3x10/7x10 and 5x10/7x10
=30/70 and 50/70, now 4 rational no.s beetween them are 31/70,32/70,33/70,34/70.
