Solution:

Ravi started running towards the west for 100 m,
If Ravi take a right turn, then he is running towards north for 50 m. (1 Mark)
Now, if Ravi take a left turn, then he is running towards the west for 60 m again. (1 Mark)
Finally turns to opposite direction and runs 50 m, so he is running opposite to the west that is towards east. (1 mark)

So, Ravi is running towards East.
