The correct option is C10 m, East Ravi walks 15 km North, he then turns South and walks 20 Km South.
Basically, he turns in opposite direction and moves 5 km more, so he is 5 km South from the starting point.
Then he turns East and walks 10 km, so he is walking towards South-East.
