Length of base (l) = 4 m

Breadth (b) = 3 m

Height (h) = 2.5 m

Area of tarpaulin used

=Area of four walls+Area of the roof

[Area of four walls = LSA of this cuboid-shaped shelter]

=[2h(l+b)]+[l×b]

=[2×2.5(4+3)]+[4×3]

=[5×7]+12

=35+12

=47 m2
