To find no. of meters of paper towels were on each roll, we have to divide $99\frac{4}{5}$ by 5.
i.e.; $99\frac{4}{5}÷5=\left(99\frac{4}{5}\right)\times \left(\frac{1}{5}\right)$ = $\left(\frac{499}{5}\right)\times \left(\frac{1}{5}\right)$

$\left(99\frac{4}{5}\right)\times \left(\frac{1}{5}\right)=\frac{499}{25}$

$\left(99\frac{4}{5}\right)\times \left(\frac{1}{5}\right)=19\frac{24}{25}$
