The correct option is B c
Let’s examine the sentence: “Literature remains the interest of a minority and the majority has chosen to ignore those aspects of language which, at school they were told to value higgly,” We can see that the sentence is ending with a comma when it should end with a full stop. Also, the last part of the sentence uses the word “higgly” and there is no such word like that in English, it should have been 'highly'. Hence, the error is in Part c of the sentence. So, Option C is the correct answer.
