After observing the given bar graph,
(a) The scale is 1 unit length equals 10 students.
(b) 10 students are added every year.
(c) Number of students in year 2000 = 30
Number of students in year 2003 = 60 = 2 × 30
Number of students in year 2003 = 2 × Number of students in year 2000
Thus, the number of students in year 2003 is twice that of year 2000
