The correct option is B x
Q is the mother of N.

If P is the son of Q, then Q will be the mother of P because Q is the father of P. Now, we can say that N is the daughter of Q which means Q is the mother of N. This is possible when we use 'x' between P and Q which means P is the son of Q.
